Registration

  • It is free to register as a host or homemate.

  • We ask you to pass a basic ID verification and background check as a basic safeguarding measure before being connected with prospective matches. You can submit a standard or enhanced DBS check and a copy of your passport or driving licence and we can verify you for free. Or you can take a Yoti ID check at a cost of £5.

  • When we find you an ideal homeshare, hosts pay a one-off introduction fee of £95 and homemates pay £55. This price includes a lodging contract template that you can amend to formalise your agreement (due to high levels of enquiries, this personalised service can take a little longer than normal).

ID Verification & Background Check

The ID verification and background check gives all users a level of confidence in knowing that members are who they say they are. Once passed, this allows you to participate fully by viewing complete profiles and connecting with other members. You will not need to undergo a repeat check within 2 years providing you have not cancelled your account during this time.
