Our mutually beneficial living arrangement works for hosts and homemates of all ages and circumstances. For example:
Householders wanting help with IT, DIY, light housework, good conversation, or having someone living in with skills or specialist knowledge that would benefit them such as a fitness trainer.
Couples wanting dog walkers, house-sitters or gardeners
Families or lone parents needing extra childcare or tutoring
We simply help the right people find each other.
Please note that help excludes heavy housework or caregiving.
The living arrangement
A mutually beneficial living solution
The living arrangement is based on a homemate’s skills, help or company providing an advantage for the host, that whilst being offered free, is part of the picture in creating a fair homesharing agreement that also benefits the homemate.
It is up to the parties to negotiate precise activities, time commitment and fees that work for them.

How the site works
Find your ideal match
Registration is free. We will contact you to create your free profile, then look out for relevant homeshare matches for you.
To be connected to other members of interest, you will first need to pass our ID/background check by Yoti. This check gives everyone a level of confidence in knowing people are who they say they are.
On finding an ideal homeshare, you meet, negotiate activities and room fees directly, and importantly, do your own DBS checks and referencing. After both parties have paid the introduction fee, you receive our lodging contract template to help you formalise your agreement.
